Graduate Technical Trainees

Location:

City of London

We currently have a number of exciting career opportunities for graduate technical trainees to join our busy Support team.

You will be providing vital first line support for our clients over the telephone and on-site, ensuring our products perform to the highest standards. The roles provide a thorough induction to the Company and our products and have been the perfect training ground for many of our current senior employees. You will receive full training in our products, services and technology plus valuable experience in the role, which will prepare you to take advantage of future career opportunities in a wide range of disciplines such as Quality Assurance, Implementations, Technical Support, Product Management, Development, Sales and Training.

Our ideal candidate:
  • has either already achieved at least a 2:1 grade in a computer or business related degree or will be working towards this right now;
  • is an enthusiastic team player with good interpersonal skills, quick to learn and flexible in their approach;
  • is a logical thinker with an inquisitive nature, a good eye for detail and a keen interest in technology; 
  • is likely to have had some IT/customer care related work experience, 6-12 months would be desirable;
  • may speak another European language, in addition to English
